CDN Creative was retained to provide business counsel and website development services for a private investor that maintained eight high-end beach rental properties in San Diego.  In addition to handling all website related matters, which included updating rental listings and advising on local short-term rental laws, we advised the client on how to grow the portfolio and the steps needed to protect the investment. During our engagement, the client added two additional properties to the portfolio. Since COVID-19, the portfolio has held strong due to prime location and interior design.
